These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern use of the BLIK website and any BLIK-operated Google Ads account connection or tool made available as part of our services. The site is operated by Indian Publicity Bureau, the parent company of BLIK ("BLIK", "we", "us"). By using the site or an applicable tool, you agree to these Terms. If you use them for a business, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business.

What these Terms cover

The site describes BLIK's branding, marketing, and related services and provides ways to contact us. Site content is general information, not a binding offer or a guarantee of campaign results. A proposal, statement of work, or signed client agreement, if any, governs the scope, fees, deliverables, approvals, ownership, and termination of paid services. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms about the contracted services, the signed agreement controls. These Terms do not themselves create a paid subscription or authorize us to spend advertising funds.

Use of the site

You may browse the site and contact us for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material; or use the site in a way that violates another person's rights. When you send us information or materials, you confirm that you are permitted to do so and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information through a general enquiry form.

Google Ads account access and API-connected services

If BLIK offers you a Google Ads integration, you or an authorized account representative must grant the appropriate account access and instruct us on the work to be performed. BLIK may use the Google Ads API for the authorized scope of campaign reporting, analysis, creation, or management, as applicable to the engagement. You remain responsible for your account, advertising content, business claims, budgets, and the permissions you grant, unless a separate written agreement allocates a particular responsibility differently. We will not treat access to an account as blanket approval for new advertising expenditure; approvals and budget authority are governed by the applicable client arrangement.

Google Ads and the Google Ads API are provided by Google, not BLIK. Your use of your Google Ads account remains subject to Google's applicable advertising terms and policies. BLIK is not Google and does not claim Google's endorsement. Features and availability may change because of Google permissions, API limits, policy requirements, or service interruptions. We may restrict an integration if required for security, legal compliance, or platform-policy compliance.

You may ask us to stop using an integration and help disassociate our access from your account by emailing corpaffairs@blik.in. You may also remove access in Google Ads or revoke a Google connection through your Google Account settings, as applicable. We will process disassociation requests promptly and in accordance with applicable Google Ads API requirements. If a BLIK API tool is made available to end-advertiser clients, we will enable disassociation and return exclusive account control within three working days of their notice. Ending access does not cancel obligations already incurred under a separate client agreement, and data already held is handled under our Privacy Policy available on this website.

Client materials and intellectual property

You retain rights in materials you own and provide to us. You give us permission to use those materials only as reasonably needed to respond to your request or perform the agreed services. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, BLIK retains rights in the site's content, design, marks, and its pre-existing methods and materials. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit site content without permission, except as allowed by law. Rights in paid deliverables are determined by the applicable client agreement.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites, messaging services, or platforms. We do not control their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, available on this website, explains how we handle information from the site and authorized Google Ads connections. Please read it before submitting information or connecting an account.

Availability, warranties, and liability

We aim to keep the site and any offered tools available and accurate, but they may be interrupted, updated, or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and general information are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, particular advertising outcomes, or fitness for a specific purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable client agreement and mandatory law; these website Terms do not replace that agreement.

Changes and disputes

We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Material changes to an active client arrangement require the process set out in its agreement, if any.
