This Privacy Policy explains how Indian Publicity Bureau, the parent company of BLIK ("BLIK", "we", "us"), handles information when you visit our website, contact us, engage us for marketing services, or authorize us to work with a Google Ads account. BLIK's public website is hosted on Wix. This policy also applies to a BLIK-operated Google Ads API integration, if one is made available to you, whether or not that integration is accessed through the website.

Information we handle

• Information you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, messages, project requirements, and other information you send through a website form, email, chat, or another contact channel.

• Website and device information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or similar-technology information generated when you use the site. The precise cookies and analytics tools in use depend on the Wix configuration and any integrations we enable.

• Client and Google Ads account information: when authorized for an engagement, account identifiers, account access and authorization details, campaign settings, ads, keywords, budgets, bids, performance and conversion reports, and other Google Ads information needed for the agreed work. If the integration uses Google authorization, we also handle the credentials or tokens needed to maintain the authorized connection. We do not ask you to send us your Google password.

Google Ads data can include information relating to people, such as account-user details or data contained in reports. The exact data available to us depends on the permissions granted, Google Ads features used, and the work agreed with the client. We do not need access to every category listed above for every engagement.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries; prepare proposals and provide requested services; operate, secure, and improve the website and our business systems; comply with legal obligations; and, where authorized, connect to Google Ads to view reports, analyze campaign performance, and create or manage campaigns to the extent covered by the client's instructions and the API permissions granted to us. We do not use a client's non-public Google Ads account data to run another client's campaigns or sell that data to data brokers.

Where law requires a specific legal basis or consent for an activity, we will obtain or rely on the basis applicable to that activity. Marketing communications, where sent, can be stopped by contacting us or using an unsubscribe mechanism provided in the message.

Google Ads authorization and controls

We access a Google Ads account only through access granted by its owner or an authorized representative, such as an account or manager-account link or an authorized Google connection. The connection is used for the disclosed advertising-services purpose, not for an unrelated purpose. Account owners can review or remove BLIK's Google Ads account access through their Google Ads account settings; if a Google authorization flow is used, they may also revoke the app's access through their Google Account permissions. They may contact us to request that we stop using the connection and address data held by us, subject to legitimate retention obligations.

Removing access stops future API access through that authorization, but does not by itself erase copies of reports or business records we already hold. If our use of Google user data materially changes, we will update this policy and obtain any further notice or consent required before using the data for a new purpose.

Cookies and third-party services

Wix provides site hosting and may process visitor data and set essential cookies to deliver and secure the website. Other cookies or embedded services, if enabled, may be used for analytics, communications, or advertising. Please review the site's cookie controls, if displayed, to manage optional cookies. You can also manage cookies in your browser, although disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality. Our use of Google Ads and any related Google services is subject to Google's own terms and privacy notices; Google's Privacy Policy describes Google's processing.

Sharing and transfers

We may share information with personnel and service providers who need it to operate the site or deliver the agreed services, including Wix for hosting and Google where use of Google Ads requires data to be transmitted to Google. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. Access to client-specific Google Ads data is limited to the relevant engagement and authorized recipients. We will obtain any written client consent required by applicable Google Ads API policies before selling, redistributing, sublicensing, or otherwise disclosing or transferring client-specific Google Ads account data beyond the permitted service arrangement.

These providers or personnel may process information in countries other than yours. Where cross-border transfer rules apply, we take steps required by applicable law and our contracts.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, the applicable client arrangement, dispute resolution, and legal or accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it when appropriate. We review and remove Google Ads access credentials and account data when no longer needed for an authorized purpose, subject to necessary records and backup cycles.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or information about the use of your personal data; withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; or raise a concern about our handling of your information. We may need to verify your identity and may have to retain certain information where legally required. For data a client has supplied to us about other individuals, we may direct the request to that client when it is responsible for deciding how that data is used.

Children
